• Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and will be received within 4-7 business days. The cost for Standard shipping on orders under $100.00 is $10

• All orders shipped within the continental USA over $100.00 receive free standard shipping.

• No Refunds, returns on defective items only (Your items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition to be eligible for a return)

• Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout has been completed.

• Listen Wear 2020 is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
